Postal Locations

This is one of the worst post office in New York City. I had a check being delivered to my house and it says it was delivered. Never received my check. Called multiple times to this post office and no one ever answers.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. On 29 Dec 2020 I waited on line for over an hour to get to one of three Federal employees to be told that my postal money order could not be cashed because she had no money. When i asked if the other clerk could do it I was told no because she just came back from lunch. It was 4PM. On 31 December I went back and was refused by the same clerk because she had no money in her till. Again I was told the other clerk had no money because she just came back from lunch. It was 230 pm. I called the Soundview PO number, no one picked up.

Please send an "Undercover Boss" or someone in Upper Management to this place posing as a customer and you will see the unprofessionalism first hand. Then fire the extremely rude female with the dreads.

Worst Post Office!!. There is ALWAYS an issue when it comes to receiving my packages. EVERY TIME without fail. Every supervisor I spoken to has a different set of rules. They love to makeup/change their own rules. Doesn't matter how many times I request for re-delivery they never re-deliver. I have to hunt down EVERY package that is mailed to me. I hate seeing the orange slip on my door because I know my day is ruined. Such a hassle and pain in the a**.
