Bought a federal duck stamp last week. Went in today and female clerk stated that hey don’t have any. I explained that I bought one here 5 days ago…. She made NO effort to look whereas the clerk last week went into the back to get it

This is the 3rd package that was not delivered in a week! They have lost my mail clearly. I’ve filed multiple complaints because they claim it’s delivered in the mailbox and those 3 times in a week it has not been in the mailbox! I receive bills but not packages? Clearly the postman is stealing my packages or dumb and delivering it somewhere else multiple times. I’ve filed many complaints and no one has gotten back to me. USPS is terrible. These young kids don’t care about doing their job correctly. This has cost me money and pissed me off.

Tried calling the Throgs Neck post office more than once, I have delivery confirmation on Friday 4/24/2020 I was to get delivered mail with an important document. It was not delivered, concern if it was delivered elsewhere. i made a complaint to USPS this is very concerning aside from the back that we been getting mail every two days at times.

I do not know who delivered packages today, 6/1/18, but whoever it is, this person is lazy and good for nothing. My mailbox is fixed to the fence and too small for packages. Instead of walking a few feet mort, this person opened the gate and left the package on the garbage cans. I do not look for packages in the garbage. This happened last summer also and I knew who it was and complained about him. He was vengeful and started to deliver my mail to other people. The supervisors appear to have done nothing about him. Perhaps it is time to do something about the supervisors. It is no wonder the Post Office is losing money. People are finding that the employees cannot be trusted to do their jobs. I say close the post office and use UPS or Fed Ex.

P.S. tried to call Throggs Neck Office twice and got the same message "Sorry your call cannot be completed at this time. Please hang up and try again later". Do they ever answer the phone? Is anybody there? Maybe they are there physically but certainly they are not there mentally nor are they there to work. Post Office is both a private and a government operation. Is this where our tax monies go?

It is now Sunday, March 4th 2008 and for the 7th time this year I have e gotten the same message...."The package is delayed and will not be delivered by the expected delivery date. An updated delivery date will be provided when available. The item is currently in transit to the destination." This post office is so incompetent that all I can do is laugh at times in order not to go "Postal"!!! Please fire all of your staff and start over again!!!

Mail is delivered late or not at all. Why aren't there more people working when they're supposed to be. They hang out by the mailboxes and talk on their phones instead of doing their job. I'm living in this neighborhood over forty years. Please deliver on time. I deeply appreciate it. Thank you.

What's up with the late night delivery? Found yesterday's mail sticking out of the mailbox. I have a large mailbox so there is no excuse. When I was leaving for work this morning, I noticed the mail and shoved it in and closed the cover since I was not going to go back in the house. Another thing, don't they know how to close gates? Sometimes I see everyone's gate open!

Why packages are delayed, withheld and returned with no justifiable cause? Why is there never enough tellers at the window. Why y'all lingering around certain residences, stalking people? Hmmmm.. What you doing besides delivering for us?! Bringing It To The Light!!! WORST POST OFFICE!!!

Unfortunately, this is the worst post office I've come across. I always get other peoples mail and vice versa. My packages are delivered to the wrong address and sometimes the person where it was delivered to drives to my house to bring me my packages. This has happened several times! I was to receive a package yesterday. I tracked it online and it said "out for delivery". When I got home from work, there was no package.Checked again at 8:00 p.m. did not see a package and other times during the night since sometimes they deliver late. I checked again this morning online and it said "delivered" and time noted as delivered was 3:35 p.m. - not true!! Found it on my landing this morning not yesterday.

Amen. Terrible post office. Misdelivered packages all the time, and the ladies that usually work in the middle booths are wastes of space. The woman who delivers mail might actually send them to the right address if she gets off her phone for once.
