im trying to change my address but no one answers the phone

Just returned from this post office, December 3, 2021. Between 3 and 4:00pm I went to the window of a young female hispanic-looking clerk seated at extreme left. She asked the question "priority or regular mail?" I started a soliloquy or a rant based on how you saw it as to why I'll never do "priority" again as it takes the USPS (a disgrace) six weeks to deliver ... I guess she took this all personal; she said "so why are you back here?" You can go elsewhere, you don't have to use the USPS etc etc It is not her job to "take me on'" if I am disgruntled or complaining about the USPS. She was rude and her manner was wrong. She got me so mad I told her to shut her AZZ! That outburst caused her to close her window and threaten me with the Postal Police (I didn't know the postal police came out for arguments). I asked for the supervisor, who came out and redirected me to another clerk. I will circumvent this location in the future. This woman just made me mad, telling me that I didn't have to use the post office, I can go elsewhere! Now I am worried that they will deliberately destroy my mail.

On Christmas of 2018 I put a Christmas card with a gift card inside the the window of the post office, that Christmas card disappeared, never got to the destination. Now on 02/03/2020 I deposited 3 letters with a money order in each envelope inside the window in the wakefield post office, as of today's date, 02/10/2020, none of the 3 company have received the mail. This will be reported to the pertinent officials & I will get to the last consequences.

This place is HORRIBLE they do not deliver anything and will just leave notes in the mailbox saying “we missed you” “we redeliver for you” but never even ring the bell to attempt delivery when you go to the office to pick up anything the staff are disgusting and rude like they hate their jobs. The entire staff is very unprofessional and rude, they do not even give the correct information. if they hate what they do for a living they should consider looking a different job. I guess management does not care about this business since there are so many horrible reviews and nothing is implemented in order to improve.

This post office must have an internal fraud organization. Here is why I will never use this post office for anything if I can help It. 1. I have had a letter with a money order go missing from the mailbox outside this post office 2. I have had another mail with a money order go missing after putting it into the drop slot inside this branch 3. Two separate occasions I was off from work and waited for important packages to be delivered. There was no attempt or notice left behind, but when entering the tracking numbers, the website said there was an attempt and notices left.

Wakefield Station in Bronx, NY needs improvement. Very unorganized. Rude workers. Need more workers. At the close of service on Friday April 18th employee locked the door and left unattended. There was a long line with only 2 employees behind windows. When asked to unlock door, irate response was, I'll get someone to open it, but I'm not going back and forth. Total time spent to pick up package and after waiting for door to be opened was 40 minutes. Unacceptable.
