The lack of service at this site is appalling. Makes you wonder why government employees are given lifelong jobs.

The two employees I spoke with in this Bath Beach USPS office laughed at me for feeling upset over a lost package. They confirmed that my package was left with someone in the first floor even though the package has been gone for 2 days. They confirmed that were just at my apartment to doublecheck but did not bother to ring my doorbell to talk to me directly. I asked for their names but they made fun of the whole situation. Very rude and obviously had no customer training whatsoever. Kept on interrupting while I was explaining things on my end and did not bother to apologize for the stolen package.

Worst post office ever! Missing packages. They claim they left your package with an individual. Meanwhile they never knocked on the door. You call the office. They won’t answer or and when they do answer, they hang up without saying anything.
