Hi,
I was sent the package from Thailand to my customer under tracking number RR164785437TH.
The status of package inform
"BROOKLYN, NY 11235, No Access, We attempted to deliver your item at 4:31 pm on February 4, 2017 in BROOKLYN, NY 11235 but could not complete the delivery because the employee did not have access to the delivery location. Your item will go out for delivery on the next business day."
Until now, my customer still not receive this package yet.
Could you check it for me, please.
