This is the worse . First of all drivers lie and say they attempted to drop off but no one home lies then you come to the post office and wait on a line for 45 minutes to pick up . These people get paid to do nothing all day talk on phone bullshit with pers . Who ever is in charge needs to be replaced with someone who takes there job serious. Just because you in the hood don’t mean you should act like the hood. You get paid . Really this needs to be addressed
This post office delivered the package to the wrong address and when I called nobody ever picked up the phone. They are lacked of due diligence to do their job right. I paid for shipping fee for nothing and lost on the package. Thank you for not doing your job right. If you don’t like your job, please find something else to do and let other people in who is willing to work instead of you.

I have been calling this branch from Monday and up to this hour there was no answer. My package was schedule to be delivered on Monday - my email said delivery attempted. The reasons for not leaving my package is unknown and what's baffling is another package for my sister was left. Sometimes this mail man would come to my apt door but no one bothered to come or even call. The last time I made a redlivery request the package was not redeliver and in calling the day after a rep said the package was on the shelf!!!!! You can imagine me not wanting to reschedule this one! Further more I have a fussy teething 5 month old thus my reason for wanting to speak to someone rather than a machine. Y'all are so disappointing.
Worst post office in the world service is horrible your packages are never delivered always flagged and a pick up slip is never left. I always get mine 1 - 2 days later after I've already picked up my package. They aren't help full at all very rude. Something needs to be done with this place.
