Let someone submit an unauthorized change of address under my name which is a federal offense in which the matter was closed without my knowledge. Also, mailman continues to place other people’s mail (addresses and names are not me) in my mailbox and continues to put my mail in other tenants mailbox. Fed up with the crappy service.

Why is it that yet again another one of my packages seems to vanish into thin air as if it were involved in a magic trick ? I had two packages mailed together to me from the same sender , both had identical tracking information from Ca. right up until they where out for delivery . At which time only one was delivered and the other one "USPS tracking #9400111699000722737826 disappeared and all tracking information was removed , What pisses me off is that this scenario is not an isolated case it's happened to me a number of times . Why can't I get a package delivered with out it getting " lost " or stolen ?

Patricia Coombs was so incredibly helpful to me when i went by this week to get an update on a delayed and missing package. I had been there before and the responses had been vague but she helped me out and went through the trouble of printing out some useful papers for me to locate the package. Much appreciated.
