The main post office on Ave U is much worse. People are so rude. The clerks are so slow and unknowledgeable. I've had to complain about them many times due to lost packages. Gravesend has terrible postal service. And it's not that Trump shill DeJoy; they've always sucked.

Received a really dissatisfying service by African American lady behind the window( didn’t get her name). Was nasty to the customer before us. She was giving her a hard time shipping her mail abroad. We stepped up to the window and needed to ship out mail in US. She yelled at us that she isn’t going to assemble it for us.We didn’t even asked her anything yet but were hoping to get information on what kind of service is available for shipment. I think United States postal workers need to be trained better than that in providing good customer service.
