Hi, There are 25 tenants who are not getting mails lately. This property management installed new Mail Carrier Box located in front of the building and it needs NEW CYLINDER. Please install it as soon as you can, so we can place new building front door key in the box when carrier arrives.

I’m so damm tired of this post office I ve been going there every 3 days and these people still can find my package, the place is soo So disorganized I can’t find a package just a little packages everywhere then when they can’t find the packages they what they do is they send a packages that they don’t even inform you or give you a chance to pick up your packages they need to send the head boss to check that place out they need to start hiring people that are willing to do the work and not sit in the front window and just gossip and talk and not doing their job

The unprofessional stupidvisors is informing the carriers and the drivers not to place packages are envelopes in the mailbox are lockers. Since this is not a civil service position everyone at this location should be terminate immediately and replace with train supervisors that knows what there doing and informing there staff on how to deliver mail correctly.

They have a number listed but don't answer their phone. I've been trying to call to speak to the delivery supervisor because they insist on delivering packages to a business AFTER business hours. I have not been able to get anyone on the phone, it just rings out super unprofessional.
