This is the worst post office EVER!!!!
Avoid having your package go there for pick up, you will NEVER get it.
NOT HELPFUL!!
No one picks up the phone- Don't bother calling.

This post office must be one of the worst I have ever been to. They are rude and not very helpful. They claim to deliver your packages and I never receive them. They don't leave notices in the mailboxes as they should when an attempt has been made. They have an agreement with Housing to leave the packages at the housing office and they don't even do that. I don't know who is stealing my packages. The residents or the postal workers! Don't try calling the post office because they never answer the phone. I don't even understand why they have a number listed. I've tried calling the customer service line before to file a claim on packages never received, and they never resolved anything!!! They gave me a claim number and that was the last of it. Luckily the place I ordered from was accommodating and resent my merchandise to me at a different address.
I am the landlord of 781 Linwood Street Brooklyn New York 11208. I am complaining about my delivery of my mail at the above address. I asked the mail carrier to put Williams, and Powell mail in the white mail box by the basement door, and put all other mail in the big mail box by the enter of the front door. Every day my mail is placed in the large mail box by the enter door. I spoken to the about this several times already. This is a problem.. And the mail is being delivery late after 6:30 pm till 7:00 pm most every day. Please look into this problem as soon as possible. All the landlord on Linwood Street fro New Lots and Hegeman Avenur are complaining.
