The postal clerks arbitrarily make up rules. The other day they told a man that he could not bring his bike inside. The man protested that there was no sign indicating this and nothing on the website. Today I had to mail 20 packages. They protested and said that any more than 6 has to go to the main post office. One again no sign, nothing on website. They said that's the rule but they couldnt prove it. On top of that, they are always, surly and unnecessarily angry. You'd think with a starting salary of over $72k they would be in better moods.
