Postal Locations

This is the worst post office in the history of mankind rude, dismissive, old unhappy people should not be at the forefront helping others. We all have a job to do I’m a nurse and I have to provide good customer service to my clients. That post office is an unwelcoming horror no one should have to endure this in any community.

4 out of eight workers comp checks have made it to my house. My ssdi check is missing. Its funny , I can tell when the post person is near, you hear them gossiping real loud on there phones. Do you think this is distracting them,? YES!!!!. I often get other peoples mail especially same address# but different street. Me and my neighbor keep in touch often because of this. I have found my neighbors mail in curb while cleaning. They live on the next block.wow! A letter from the bank. I think phones should be band while working. It wouldn't be hard to see with alittle surveillance. Where are my checks? My bills seem to make it every month. Stop changing post person. We have a different one everyday. How is mail suppose to be delivered. Never had this problem when we had the same one every day. You can literally hear these post people on there phones talking personal business a block away. My package didn’t have my apartment # yet the mail person handed it over to some in the building. I still haven’t receive my package....lASUCH CARELESSNESS, DO YOUR JOB CORRECTLY, YOU SHOULD HAVE RETURNED TO SENDER

This is the worse and disgusting post office I have ever been to staff oh forget it unpleasant most times long lines and only 2 or 3 clerk serving that post office need a shake up

This place will make you cry or want to shoot yourself in the head having to deal with them. The parcel carriers LIE LIE LIE all the time. They input inaccurate reasons for non-delivery. They DO NOT deliver packages on SUNDAYS. The carriers will state that they "attempted delivery", when in fact, they never did. The staff and managers are not helpful either. This entire USPS location must have the same management for over 10+ years. I guarantee you if this neighborhood was gentrified, the management would have been replaced long time ago.

Wholesale incompetence, lies and grotesque malfeasance are the norm for this excuse of a post office. From only two clerks working in the lobby and at least an hour and forty-five minute wait, to you NEVER getting your packages. This is achieved by you getting a delivery confirmation with vague information, only to subsequently find out that they never left your package at all ( when you call USPS you get the facts) and it goes back to the post office. You are NEVER left a note that any attempt was made. The scanned delivery information is nothing more than lies on steroids. When you ask for a complaint and redelivery, you are told that you will be contacted in 72 hours. That never happens if if it does by some miracle, you are spoken to in a curt and disrespectful manner. The only thing for residents to to is to organize and contact their elected officials and the phone Number for usps and demand that this goes to the Post Master for Brooklyn. Demand an audit.

Whoever deliver mail to my building either can't read or just don't care. They always put other peoples mail in my box and it's only 6 mailboxes in the building. Recently i was expecting a small package, it never came and they never left a pink slip. I went to the post office after 5 days out for delivery and it was there. This package weight 6 ounces and fit in the palm of your hand. I think it was purposely not deliver because we had something to say about our mail being mixed-up with everyones mail.

There is always a problem when this post office have to deliver packages. The drivers do not make an effort to deliver packages. It seems like they do not even leave their truck and assume that no one is home so they just drive around the blocks and go dump all the packages off at the post office and reload the truck for the next day. There is always on average 50 angry people on line trying to pick up their package and angry because they were at home when the driver claimed no one is at home.

A bunch of delivery thieves. My outdoor Christmas decorations was supposedly delivered and NO SIGN OF IT.

The phone is also always busy it seems like they just take it off the hook and leave it like that for the entire day. All we do is complain about this horrible location and nothing gets done. SMFH.USPS needs new management across the board. However, my complaint is specific to the worst Post Office in NYS-- RUGBY Post Office (11203). This office has nothing but incompetent, rude and untrustworthy workers. From the management to the clerks to the delivery men and women. Something has to be done about this location. We have suffered enough. Lost packages, lies, they never answer their phones. The drivers either bypass the house or never attempt to off load their deliveries. They either leave a false note or none at all. In order to go down to the actual office to inquire about your package, one must take a full day off from work. When asked to speak with a manager, you are waiting literally hours and sometimes they never even come to the window. How can this location still be up and running. How can this entire location be so careless and lazy with parcels. Why, after all the many complaints and poor reviews from customers, has nothing been done to rectify this location?HIRE COMPETENT DELIVERY PPL, NOT LIARS, LAZY WORKERS AND THIEVES. ANYONE WHO WORKS AT THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE ASHAMED.WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY....

apparently there is no mgmt or employees at this location! Either the phone is busy or it just rings! They lost my package and now no one I'm being avoided! I make cause as must chaos as necessary to get someone somewhere to find out what happened to my package!!!!!!!!!!
