Postal Locations

I have my mail held 9-18 March. Why was it delivered on 13 & 14 March. That is NOT properly securing the mail.

I mailed a birthday card with two gift cards enclosed from the South Norwalk, CT post office on November 8, 2023 at noon. It did not have tracking, as I mailed it with the .66 cent stamp and the .24 cents extra oz stamp. The recipient has not received it as of today, 11/19/2023. I fear it was stolen as the envelope has a "Happy Birthday" note on it and the envelope was thick so it was obvious gift cards were enclosed. It was addressed to265 Meadowlawn Road in Cheektowaga, NY 14225-5205. Is there anything I can do to find the mailing? Thank you.

Coming off the 400 taking a right on Seneca Street heading towards Harlem Road a mail truck never stopped to yield taking a right turn in font of us at about 2:30pm. Truck #202681. Beautiful clear sunny day. Luckily I pay attention when driving and was going slow enough to stop in time from having a nasty T Bone accident. We both took a right turn on Harlem Road and he was driving erratically. Male, white, needed a haircut, shave and dress better. For all I know it was a stolen truck. Hope I can get feedback on this. Needs to use signals and learn to drive better.

Our post woman has always been very rude to me. Her name is Melissa and she works on my Street which is Lemoine Ave. I have only been here 1 year and am in my 70s. First thing happened for the election. I did not get an envelope with my voting paper and I put it in the mail box with the envelope it was with. She asked me if I knew how to read and when I tried to tell her about the envelope she said learn how to read because you do not know how. 2 incident was yesterday when she told me she was not going to walk through tire tracks. I hired a service and also I contacted the town to ask if I could have someone to shovel but they dont have any. I am unable to shovel. Bec of health problems. I ordered a standup mailbox which will be here on Saturday. I until then there is nothing I can do. I will put it by my ramp for this inconsiderate woman. I really wish I can have someone else deliver My mail. Thank you. I held a college position so I do know how to read.

My mail was delivered today and he just dropped it on the ground like it was no big deal and I had glass in there and it most certainly did break I just want to thank whoever delivered my mail today that broke my coffee mug I appreciate you instead of just laying it on the ground he dropped it right out of his hands my kids seen it and I seen it !!!

Not happy with the new time we get our mail - today we got it at 6 pm. We have been getting our mail the past 28 years at 930 am. Is there a specific reason why this has changed.

When I say there's inconsistency with delivery times-Do you need me to say it in French, or Spanish?-Do your job, or get out, because money talks, and BS walks!

Label on Amazon packages always read Upper Rear, this clown attempts "unable to gain front entrance" and returns package. Now I have 2 birds that are about to kill each other because I can't separate them. Where is my BIRD CAGE

Awful... My mail man (who doesn't even wear a mask) is so scared of covid he doesn't even do his job. He has yelled at me and my kids for being outside as well as just me for opening my door not knowing he was there putting mail in my box. Today was something else though I had a letter of importance supposed to be here and I checked to find a sorry we missed you slip (he didn't try to get my signature I am a stay at home mom and he doesn't want to face people) then he pulls up in front of my house and says if you want it you have to sign that slip and put it in your mail box and I'm like of course I want it, but you didn't try to deliver it. I took a pen out signed it and put it in my mailbox all while he was still out front in his car watching. Then I went back in because I know he won't get out of his car unless I did. Then he drove away and never came back to deliver. I don't even get my mail half the time. I called the post office about this and they said they would get in touch with him to deliver it. Still never came back.

My mail man holds the mail when there is a car by the mailbox the car is not in front of it he doesn’t want to get out and there is important mail I am disabled can you please help I live in sky harbor trailer park and thank you for your time have a good day

I was waiting for my retirement check pay out was in my informed delivery no call back no word from local post office no word from informed delivery .Someone has this check and now I have to wait another 15 days to even apply for a new check and have NYS investigate .

Horrible Service, I have consistently received other people's mail, have not received the mail I was supposed to and packages along with envelopes have been ripped open and looked like they feel off a back of a truck. If I would have known this prior to moving I would have never moved to Cheektowaga. It has been such a horrible experience that I hope to leave this area in the next few years.

I was supposed to get medications by mail on Monday and Tuesday if this week have not received any mail this week even though informed delivery email said I would. What is going on?

Called the Walden Galleria post office at its two published numbers. Gave up after 5 tries and ringing at least 20 times per call. Why can't a postal clerk or supervisor answer the phone?

I get informed delivery notices everyday. The past 3 days I was scheduled to receive mail but my mailbox has been empty. Are you no longer delivering?

I have had my mail delivered opened and not received catalogs I have requested, also I mailed a application for a new drivers license about one month ago and have not heard any thing. Thank you.
