as you know ! , 4 x mail delivered since mail supposed to be forwarded, only heard back 2 x from post office (50% which is failing) your message said you’re gonna tape our red door brass mail slot shut , you do NOT have permission to tape it shut, maybe handle it properly in house with the “substitute” carriers ?

On April 9, 2024 I dropped off a hold mail form at the Hertel Avenue Post Office. I handed it to the woman at the desk. She checked it over and said all info was filled out. Mail was suppose to be held from April 11 to April 17. It was delivered everyday. Plus 3 packages were delivered by the USPS. Luckily someone saw the mail and collected it. This same thing happened in Jan. Then I put the completed form in our mailbox. Mail not stopped then either. I questioned our mail person later after. and he said he didn't see it. Must have been when he was off he said! This time we went to Post Office and that clerk said "this shouldn't have happened." This is a severe lack of concern to follow our requests, properly submitted. Someone should be held responsible. We are going away again in June and sure hope this does not happen a 3rd time.

My name is Joseph Roessler I live at 16 Ralston Ave Tonawanda NY
I have lived at this apartment for 7 months and put a formal address forum into the postal office
the current mail currier keeps on delivering the residents who moved outs mail here including important information like Social Security information I have made a complaint to the main Post Office and still get the ladies mail delivered in my mail box and not receiving my important mail for myself. Now I am considering filling a Federal Complaint and possibly a Law Suit . This is becoming to serious with the mail delivery because of the fact that I have almost opened the other SSI letter.
