I have a hold on my mail as my mailbox was "Plowed." So I picked up my mail today and it had my new mailbox therein. As I use a walker the box was too large for me to handle so, your customer support man, AL, seeing the size, immediately offered to carry it out to my car. This is the third time he has helped me politely and efficiently. Please pass on my thanks and appreciation. Tony Street

There's a problem with the temp carrier that does Frankhauser Rd. He apparently "forgets" to deliver packages, and the package disappears!
