Postal Locations

I am very disappointed by the postal service at my address in East Rochester (607 S. Lincoln Rd. East Rochester 14445). Today I had to retrieve my mail from my neighbor. It was important tax information and important retirement information. About a month ago the same thing happened. The neighbor found my rent check from a tenant in her shopping bag paper. She might have missed it had she not been the kind of person who looks at everything. I don't want to be a constant complainer, so the first time I was upset about it but did not report it. In the past any complaints I have had about the same thing went to deaf ears. This is your job and the only one that you have. That is to get the correct mail in the correct mailbox. If this does not happen, the person sending me the rent suffers a late fee or worse. My tax information is very important because if I don't have it when I go to do taxes, I will have to go back and try to get it and could be late on taxes. PLEASE talk to the carrier about fingering the mail and getting it to the correct address. My house number is on my house!!!! Thank you and please respond that you have read this review.
