There are several Black people whose names are not known at Garden City Distribution Center. They are problematic thieves. Constantly taking my mail and return receipts. This is a sick group of people operated by a man named Chuka from Brooklyn. Shut down these Black people whatever their names are. this has gone on for at least 10 years now
Where is my mail? I have not gotten any mail Friday June 24 and no Saturday June 25 at 12:32 pm still no mail. Who is my postal carrier? Is there a problem that we don,t have a regular carrier???????
Somewhere in a Garden City USPS office is a book I ordered which according to the tracking number was sent the day I ordered it Dec 18 and was supposed to be delivered Dec. 26. All I see on the tracking now is " In Transit" since it arrived in Garden City. Where is it?
I placed a package on my porch with a shipping label on it. This was yesterday. My front door was open because I was bringing things into my house. My daughter, my husband and I all saw our postman take the package from my porch. The two other packages that were mailed that day were listed as being scanned and “accepted.” This third package had no data other than the tracking number. I called the post office and was told by someone named Morgan that the item would be scanned today. I called back again this afternoon and again spoke with Morgan, who stated that he wasn’t sure that I had actually put my package on my porch to be picked up. Who says that? When I informed him that I had indeed put the package out for pick up and that we had seen our postman pick up the package he said he couldn’t be sure if that was true. I asked to speak to a manager and he said, “hold on...this is Morgan, the supervisor.” Which was neither cute nor funny. So now the package still has no tracking information, my postman took the package but we have no idea where it is, and Morgan the supervisor is passive aggressive and juvenile. I have had to call so many times about the poor performance of our postman...he leaves packed on the side of our house, we get our neighbors’ packages and vice versa at least three times per week. And no help from management. This isn’t acceptable.
I love USPS but I would have come and gotten my Mother’s Day gift before 1 today but on the tracking it said it would be here before 8 today!!! And when I woke from my nap after being up with sick papa it changed to Monday delivery I was just so sad anyway thanks for what you do👍🏻
