The new drive by mail boxes are set back too far & are extremely difficult to reach. I must get out of my car each time. Larger, thick envelopes with postage from office meters, do not fit. Where I usually used these boxes every work day, I plan to find other boxes, that can fit my mail.

Whose “bright idea” was it to remove The accessible mail boxes on the island. People with disabilities and seniors in Great Neck have been relying On this convenience for years. Someone is Going to have a fall getting out of the Car, just trying to post mail. Please, at The very least, put back one accessible Post box on the island.

Absolutely NOT impressed with the Great Neck, 1 Welwynn Road location. THEY SAY YOU HAVE TO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A PASSPORT RENEWAL, HOW DO YOU DO THAT WHEN THEY DON'T PICK UP THE PHONE. Maybe they should all be fired and replaced with competent employees

Great Neck post office does not answer phone. I called many many times and phone rang endlessly until cut-off. Then I called repeatedly only to get a busy signal as if someone took the phone off the hook. I'm calling again now and it's ringing endlessly again. No one answers the phone. This is ridiculous.

Grounds are a mess. Nobody answers phone if you call. Complained to the Great Neck Plaza mayor. Why litter can't be removed, benches repaired and some replacement trees planted is beyond me.
