Standing in line at Hempstead NY Post office for over 29 minutes. The guy with long dreadlocks has no mask and is only doing pick up. The line is at the door. He is literally standing there doing nothing. The line is at the door. This is an absolute disgrace

The 11550 Hempstead Post Office lobby is drab, dowdy and old. The staff used broken tables covered with cardboard and tape to provide a barrier between staff and customers. It's looks absolutely horrid. Two staff were inadequate to cover the amount of customers in during that time and a simple transaction took longer than necessary.
