Somebody sent me a registered letter more than a month ago but I still didn't receive it. The sender informed me that your post office left a note for me but I never got a note regarding the delivery. The tracking number is RN789561887RO sent to me in mid March. I was assisted by Patricia who was rude, rustic, impolite, rough and full of attitude. I do not consider that is acceptable and productive, specially when we are paying for a service.
The person who is delivered the mail to my building week days 37-05 80th Street is takin advantage of the power she or he has.. that person write a note letting me know it will stop my mail and said my apt is vacant.. is two weeks and I didn’t get my mail.. my daughter have medical issues and I was expecting important medical appointments and nothing yet... and also is writing attempt delivery and usually is 24/7 somebody in my apt, not even let the orange normal notice to let me know Is a package for me..is too frustrating see how some people take advantage of the power the can have..
The spanic mal man about 45- 50 years old working on August 30th is very racist towards others than puerto ricans, black or white . A Shame for latin community
