My package was supposed to be sent to US from TW, but it got transferred to Jamaica after it was received and transferred by USPS (AMC JFKennedy), and then when I finally received my package after almost two months wait, the package has been opened by Jamaica Customs, and my passport and beauty product inside are GONE!!! This is VIOLATE the right to property!!!!!!!

noticed post office is closed after 3 pm on saturday,and all day sunday..i went on saturday around 5 pm and since office ours are closed i had to deposit my mail in your postal box in the waiting room.i noticed that when drop off the mail in the box i can see it wouldn.t be hard for someone to take a long stick with stickie supsatnce and would be able to retreve any mail that was in that box.now i say this cause where i live it happen twice until your finally replace with a tamper proff mail box.so what i want to know why isn't done at the mail jfk waiting room at jfk.Or you waitng for a complaint of non recieving of mail complaints.before you smartin up to do the same

Unfortunately, this is a government driven job and we, the Americans cannot do anything about it. Same package sent through San Francisco cleared customs in one day, NY JFK always take 2-3 weeks to clear. If there is no manpower, then just release all without inspection.
