I went to the main post office on 21st street to renew my passport standing in line. The person behind me was a postal employee as my turn came the Pierson at the window directed the postal worker behind me to proceed to the window. Thinking I was going to be next waited patiently, and the next thing I was told all windows are closed and I had to come back Monday. I protested and said I was waiting in line you took the person behind me, so now you have to take care of me. The manager who refused to give me her name proceeded to tell me P.O is closed. If I am already in the building waiting in line then I should be serviced

Came to pick up a mail this morning. The supervisor not only scream to me, talk poorly about me to all other coworkers, but was unclear on explain my situation. Why have an attitude to people who patiently wait for items that are important for their small businesses. Please if you can find other services

i came to change my address 3 months ago why is my mail still going to my old address

Mail carrier at 4705 center Blvd, LIC NY 11109 Is opening ALL mailboxes at once, and leaving them all open while he delivers mail throughout a mail room where he cannot monitor what is taken. It is concerning that I could just reach in and take anyone’s mail and no one would know. He would do one panel at a time. It’s New York- please keep our mail secure. Thank you

Tenants in the building are complaining about packages not being delivered on a timely manner. Company where ordered placed claimed that orders where sent/mail out. Please check your delivery processing for this location. Thank you very much!

This post office is the worse I have 3 missing packages and they haven’t gotten back to me about my missing packages that they have marked delivered and in mailbox my mailbox isn’t that big for packages that are 4ft tall

This postal person has not been delivering any packages, I've had to go and get my mail for the past two months. I'm furious, I made a complaint in person with the Supervisor and still nothing has changed.

hello, my name is catherine i live in washington d.c. Lillyponds/riverterrace northeast area I often enjoy our post office museum with friends and my children who are now all young adults and just one in her 40's. I have an aunt whom i haven't seen in years she worked faithfully and successfully in a career at the Post Office her name is Parthena Mitchum -Collins. I was invited and delighted that i was able to make the trip invited to her retirement party and she celebrated with many family members, friends,well wishers.I am a poet,writter and author at my home i have owned for 16 years , i began to have keys missing,money,checks,credit cards, all picture identifications ,household furnishings,appliances,electronics,jewlery.art wall paintings,mask collections,basement entertainment equipment and furnishings,clothing,underwear children's and adults.Poland Journalist i stopped at my front from entering said they had been using my home for 5 years and wanted 2 more as they were told it was vacant and that they are telling a true story about the house. I asked them to leave and not to return and advised i am the owner and the house has and is owner occuppied. I survived a hit and run,brake failure near death car crash(therapy) fully insured $5thousand. I began getting blackmail letters demand $10thousand dollars,live animal stock,crops or i (die). Letter and pictures "You are subject to loose your job", Letter 'You are going to loose your nursing license" as i am the only sibling for 30 years a nurse iam a LPN Nurse, i am her niece my mother Rena Mitchum-Cooper aka Catherine M. Cooper is Parthena's older sister.Much later time comming from work taking my daughter diamond to the store a hit and run i got out got the driver at his apartment front and a police to sceen to take a report (therapy) fully insured $5/6thousand???money. I lived to now speak that i was on the same street gallatin 1300 block northwest driving late evening after work noticed driving blue chevy caprice ,lights out,dark windows later that night murder at eastern ave. georgia n.w. D.C. Sniper Malvo/Mohommad .Many celebreties driving around the community ??? farm aid/relief, hurricane/natural disaster relief or FEMA. I hope that this may reach someone that also knows my aunt here is contact number , i am on a temporary (respite) stay Unique Nursing Home 901 first st., n.w. 20001 202 535-1100. I am and have been of sound right mind,judgement,intelligence walking and doing all self care. Much mail fraud,mail thefts poetry i sent to Ophra Winfrey and got copyrights from Library of Congress/Poorman's copyrights. Poetry stolen, poems rewritten,poems reworded,poems duplicated stained to appear old. Broken pipes,flooded sinks/toilets blood,urine,feces,vomit dead animals mice/birds cut up guts pulled out spread inside outside car and house,pennies scattered ,walnuts/acorns. I researched and read these are voodoo rituals i do not practice voodoo i am a Baptist Christain not overly religious but spiritual. I did contact Poland Embassy/Police no return response. Who DOES read these comments? Anybody but other disappointed customers? Nobody answers the phone at Zip 11101. The 800 number is a bad joke with a robotic system that does not process clear statements. Asking to speak to a live agent is useless since they are all "busy assisting other customers." The USPS must have the world's worst customer service. And underpaid, unmotivated part time employees pretending to deliver the mail. I have a tracking email stating that my package was delivered. It was not, at least it was not delivered to my address. So I have no recourse with the sender since the USPS website states it was delivered.

We have not received mail since last Friday and today is Wednesday. It is totally unacceptable for a corporation to not receive their mail. It is a Federal Offense to withhold a persons mail. It is extremely important for us to receive our mail in a timely fashion as it causes us harm in our conducting of business. This has gone on for the last year and a half and we won't stand for it any longer. You don't even answer the phone, ever! I will reach out to people up the government ladder to rectify this damaging situation.

They didn't deliver a package because they said the business was closed but we were open. Did they even try to ring the bell? Rescheduled to have it delivered the next day with explicit directions and it's 5:30pm and still not here yet. Called the LIC Post office and the phone rang and rang until it disconnected. Called the main number and they weren't able to help at all. Pathetic.

horrible Package sent on Saturday when office was closed. No effort to redeliver and sent back to merchant with out nofification??
