I shipped a perishable box to my sister and my receipt say delivery by 9 pm 9/17/21.
I tracked the package and it’s says unable to deliver no access, that was 6:20 pm 9/17/21.
Not sure what does that mean , because road was not blocked, sister was at home and porch was available.
I would love to see the post office delivery person GPS, show if he/she came to that location.
Per tracker it will be delivered the nest business day. That is absolutely ridiculous..
If the items The perishables spoil the post office will give me a full refund including the $50.00 that’s it’s insurance for.

The Mt. Vernon post office at both locations are a disaster. Mail is never delivered where it is supposed to go from either of the Mt. VERNON post Offices. Where does it go and you can't anyone on the phone in either post offices. This needs to be investigated immediately.
Staff sometimes are rude and nasty verbally, accessories like boxes and labels are never replenished half the time. Papers and etc be on the floor just no pride in where they work it’s ridiculous. Here I am today May 24th, 2021 standing outside the post office at 09:35am and it’s still closed. It’s suppose to open at 9am however it’s not. Almost half of the people that were online has left because they gave places to be this is unacceptable and inconsiderable. People need to complain about this site to have supervision checking on staff and site.
I have lived in Fleetwood for 16 years. I want to take pride in our community and not be someone who says lets go to Bronxville because it is nicer. However, when I was in the Fleetwood Post Office on Friday, April 30 I was appalled. It was filthy. Papers all over the counters and floor and the floor was filthy. The people of Fleetwood want to support and take pride in our community services. We also deserve the respect of clean environments. We should not have to to go Bronxville for this. Please address the situation in the post office.

WORST POST OFFICE EVER!!! THEY DELIVER TO MY ADDRESS EVERYDAY!!! I HAD A PACKAGE DELIVERY AND THEY SAID WRONG ADDRESS ... AFTER WAITING ON THE PHONE WITH FED EX THEN THIS POST OFFICE CALLED 20 TIMES NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE!!! AND MY PACKAGE WAS SHIPPED BACK TO THE COMPANY ALL BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T ANSWER THE PHONE
Understaffed and inefficient. Only one person working and wait times of at least 15-30 mins every time you come. Either hire another person or install some self service kisosks for stamps, money orders and a box that takes prepaid parcels. It’s not that hard people.
