Postal Locations

The Bardonia Post Office team is OUTSTANDING. This branch is better than any branch in the county or state hands down. Anna is a SuperStar, and Bindu and Shantel are All-Stars as well. The U.S Postal Service is lucky to have them as representatives. They are pleasant, knowledgeable, and PATIENT. They are dedicated and committed to helping people and take the time to know their customers; and always have a "Can Do" attitude. In fact, customers come from across the county to the Bardonia post office for their postal needs just because of these women.

Lacks customer service. Ana with her sassy attitude should not be in customer service at a post office. We deserve better, especially during these difficult times.

Why is it that mail sent from this location takes forever to reach its destination. I can walk to Bardonia and back to NYC before it gets to me. I had mail that was sent from here in January and it did not arrive until March. On a second occasion mail was sent out from here the end of March and I received it in June. Sad to say I am waiting for mail that should have been sent out by 7/17/2017. This is the worst service I have ever experienced!!!
