Our Visa payment was sent on Dec.29, This is the 23 of Jan. It did not get there.When Jan. bill came we had to pay interest charges.What is the problem. Is the Post Office going to pay the interest?.We sent a car payment to Kentucky and it took 16 days.
I had a problem also.I was waiting for medications to be delivered,because of the type of meds they required a signature.Please note this package was previously lost in the mail and traveled up to Maine and back.I had to call the postal service to locate this priority package.I was told it was finally in New Paltz and to be delivered.Well I waited all day to sign for my meds and no one came from post office.I checked online and it said the package was delivered.I panicked and went to the mail box and their was my package of important meds that required a signature by law. I contacted the local post office and was told by the supervisor I should be happy I got the package.I made a formal complaint with postal service,they found the signature card and their was a signature on it but no one could make a out.I say that someone at the post office signed it to cover their but.So beware when you need something important pay extra for FedEx or ups.
Absolute disgrace.....Blondie with short bob & raspy voice on her power trip denied me one small piece of tape for a small priority box.The personification of petty,bureaucratic idiocy and why they are losing BILLIONS. A disgusting experience and unjustified.I am sure she does this routinely.
The USPS should really be closed and forgotten, because in comparison to other delivery services they are complete and total shit.Also, how do you not have a f***ing answering machine? Get in the 21st century for f***s sake.
