I want to express my appreciation for Ms. Lehilany's customer skills; always ready to help with a positive attitude and very helpful and patient with customers. This is a very busy post office but despite long lines and sometimes technical issues some of the employees manage to provide with professional services.

I had packages delivered to this location with a picture confirmation from fed ex and a notification from "this" post office in my PO Box that I had packages waiting to be picked up. Im sure you know where this is going....obviously they couldn't find the packages. After being given the run around for 45 mins trying to speak with the manager (I was told her name was "Ms. Wright"). A employee told me to write my number down and she'll call me back...that was 3 days ago and of course no call. This location is a reflection of the management which seems to be totally incompetent.
