Postal Locations

My international package from Turkey - Ankara to Aurora .Co _usa at 11/20/2020. At Ny york post office track number show it,was disappear,is had undeliverable correct address ,but Automatically will go back to sender,is frustrated almost 4 month we wrote the email frome here and from Turkey- istanbul post office ,nothing. Solved yet we want our package we dont need the money cause it have spiritual meaning to me,the money doesn't quality of my kids is gift,pleas send back to sender in Turkey country. Thanks.

My package was sent to 10199 Distribution Facility and was never seen again! I found NUMEROUS people claiming their packages went missing from here too! SWEET JESUS! How can USPS stay in business if all it does is lose packages...and why hasn’t someone at the top investigated the amount of thievery at THIS location? There’s got to be several people in on the “take” for so many packages containing jewelry to come up as missing! There’s supposed to be cameras monitoring BUT if those operators are in on stealing too, then nothing at this location is safe! All they have to do is look at the sender and the next thing you know that diamond is on one of THEIR fingers not yours!!! I am so sick of USPS!!! The government should get out of the postal business. They’ve grown too big and nobody working there cares about customer service OR if your mail gets “lost” en route!
