I wish I could rate lower, despite filing a complaint saying I am overwhelmed with mails not belonging to Apt 2D. I keep getting mails for unknown Addressees. The person who answered my complain from USPS toll free number from Hellgate PO promised to end the practice of putting other persons mail in my mailbox.. that did not happened. There's a list with names for my apartment in my mailbox.
Mails delivery at 6 PM unacceptable (on many occasions). Mail carriers start leaving the station to begin delivering at 12 PM(noon) which is crazy.
Registration of names to apartment through delivery service from the post office, enable people to gain succession in Public Housing to apartments they have never lived.
(This building has no permanent mailman for at least 5 years).
I live at 2110 fst ave apt 2806 two times I received a package that was delivered to the locker box in my building it was a refrigerated package with diabetes medication it was never to be put in the locker as this medication can be contaminated it’s very clear on the packaging labels I need you to address this negligence immediately I am a retired postal employee I have a good idea of what’s going on thanking you kindly my telephone is 917 721 8731
