Mail forwarding for business requested 5/8/2020 still not working. I load of mail was dropped at the old address over the weekend. There is not appropriate staffing to process mail at 10016 location and nothing has been forwarded to 11793 location. Further, the online submission for forwarding issues has no "business" entry to select, only "household" and "individual." Nobody responding to the phone at the Murray Hill office. It is now wonder why that Republicans want to get rid of USPS!
The saga continues! I filled for mail forwarding (order 2012-9900-0020-3880) back in 5/8. By June 1, I filed Service Request # 10483345 because the forwarding was not working; there was no resolution on the matter. By June 11, I walked into the Murray Hill office looking for someone to talk about the matter and was told that "the manager with access to the system" was gone for the day! Another pile of mail was delivered 7/6! Calling and getting someone on the phone is impossible. We receive donations by mail and we need to thank our donors as their support helps us rescue cats and dogs in need! Mailing is the sole business of the USPS, I am at a loss as to their incompetence to do a mail forwarding service. It is simply outrageous!!!

I have not received mail this week 10016 — it’s now Thursday. Last week, there was no delivery for three straight days as well. When I call, there is no answer. When I call 1 800 number and leave a comment/complaint, I am told that I will get a response within a day or two. No response since last week. What is the issue? I live on 28th street between Lexington and Third. Please let us know what is going on. I need my mail as my income consists of checks mailed to me .
Worst service ever. Calling number above for three days. At least 4 times a day. No one picks up the phone. After 25 rings or so, a recording comes on and instructs you to call back later.
Issue is that they closed my box for non payment, yet it was paid
over a month ago, on time.
Perfect example on why they lose so much money. Poor service.
