I just tried to get a simple refund and the employees, including the supervisor attacked me. They had other people in the post office start to attack me, and did nothing to stop it. They were absolutely insane and disrespectful. No professionalism. Please address this matter. This was the most disrespectful behavior I’ve ever experienced.
You close from 1 to 2. No sign. I went yesterday and the nasty women said we are closing for lunch. 5 minutes before closing time for lunch?
This is the worst post office.
How do you not have on your site closed for lunch with the proper hrs. ? If it’s not one problem it’s another here. How is this rude behavior tolerated. They just do and say what they want.
I came by on Saturday 4/4/20 around 2pm. The door was locked, and no one came to open it. All the lights were on. There was no note on the door that it was closed due to virus. Others came by, sent from other Post offices after being told that Patchin was open. I came by an hour later but well before the PO was supposed to close. Still no one there. This office is known for rude agents, and now they don't even open. Will anything happen to these well-paid union workers? Probably not.
