I sent an overnight from NW Indiana, paid $33.00!! On 3 Jun. SEVEN days later the letter was still sitting in their office!! I finally contacted Chris & he stepped up & delivered my package. You people need to clean house & get rid of these deadbeat employees!
We had a substitute carrier the past 2 days and he was HORRIBLE. He didn't deliver our newspaper and we never received the weekly ads like we do every week. LOUSY SERVICE.

I had a mailman forge my name in a certified letter that I never received and am trying to find out his name so that I can press charges on him and the post office has hung up on me lied to me they said the other part went to a po box and t was signed covid well today I found out that is a lie cause my kids principal asked where the fourms for my kid to be taught at home and I said I never received my them so he sent pictures to me of the return part to them and sure enough there was my name forged in the line I think this is crazy I am going to call the police department in the morning to find out my options but this is a felony to forge someones name

I am tired of chasing my packages. They are either delivered to the ccx wrong address or a neighbor by mistake. I'm beginning to wonder if my carrier doesn't know what an 8 looks like. Sorry to be so sarcastic but your service leaves a lot to be desired. I order very expensive beads and other items and they are not replaced free of charge. You need to do better!
Wanted to know why a package I purchased from a person in Grand Prarie TX went to Rochester NY then Buffalo,NY then Niagara Falls,NY then Elma,NY then Rochester,NY then back to Niagara Falls,Ny where it was supposed to be delivered 5/28 amd now is 3 days late. I missed my package that was for a customer and now he won't deal with me anymore! Thanks USPS.
Amazon offers Sunday delivery thru USPS. Every time I expect a package on Sunday it dosnt come if it’s too big to fit in mailboz. I get the excuse delivery attempt was made. I do live in a apartment house but all the postman has to do is ring my bell, I am always home. They expect me to be waiting at mailbox all day. This is just laziness.

I dearly love reading mail from the postal office of niagara.This time I have to complain tlabout the mail men and women who delivered and continued to force Kenneth Armstrong name withy address everyday.I wrote kind notes explaining to the postman he has the wrong address but still it wasn't delivered right.this I's the first time this error has happened since a move. Can you please correct your mistakes
