I am writing about a package that has a tracking number in it and it was picked up at Research and Design Store in OP NY according to the package postal it never made it to the post office ???? Where did it disappear????

Friday June 24, my postal man started up my driveway with 2 large pool filter cartridges. 1/4 way there, he turned around & put them back in his Jeep and drove away. Amazon e-mailed me saying they were on my porch. My Ring camera recorded the whole event at 3:45. This purchase is costing me $196.00.

I have had numerous packages lost or broken. I sell on Ebay and sent package by parcel post per customer. God only know what happened to it. Now I had to pay my customer back, I lost the item and HAD TO PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS NOT PERFORMED! The Post office is the only business that gets paid for a service that wasn't performed. Another time, they broke something....never notified my customer so they were upset with me when I didn't know what happened.When I called PO, they sent the broken one to her.....no re-reimbursement from them. Again I had to send another one at my expense. And the postal delivery........that's another story. They constantly put other people's mail in our box and they put ours in theirs. My charge card statement was lost.....with my number on it.....never did get it.....even after I notified them that I didn't get it but saw it online. Oh, I could go on and on.......

I am absolutely so annoyed with the post office this year. they lost my package in the mail and it was more my best friend for christmas. It was not a factory made item, it was a customized piece. they basically just told me that I have to wait and see if the post man placed it in thr wrong mailbox at my apartment and go from there. seriously!? not everything in the mail is factory made and can be replaced.
