Once again this Post Office doors are locked before the close of business. At 4:54 PM I attempted to enter the Post Office to simply remove the mail from my postal box that I pay a fee for. SometThis is a common occurrence.
I am as of this date 7/3/2020 waiting to hear from the postmaster where my package from PR to Suffern went array. Also 20 years ago I mailed a package to California and to this date have not received any word to its existence. Please don't tell me to do insurance, I paid the postal system for a service and do not need to pay insurance that they do their job .
The postmaster is rude, makes excuses for postal theft and blames it on the customer. Today our postman left our mailbox open on purpose. Had another postman yell at us while walking around the neighborhood.
Everyone working at this USPS is petty as f*ck, and seems to hate their job so much they take out their frustraiton on others. Just f*cking quit.

Today is a day for gratitude!! Thank you to the kind lady that assisted me over the phone on July 16/18. I am a Canadian who was a victim of fraud. Apparently, This Postal Station has received several packages destined for an address where there’s no person, by the name given, living there. Also a shout out to the postal carrier who was suspicious and didn’t deliver the packages to that address. I’m getting my package returned and I’m very happy about that. They will now return all the other packages back to their rightful owners in Canada!! The woman I spoke with was actually grateful that I called because they were uncertain about what was going on!! Thanks again from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and understanding today!! So here’s a shoutout to the Post Office on Main St. in Pearl River, NY
The woman with blonde hair and the man who does passports are horrible employees.

My boyfriend and I came here to have our sons passport done. The time of the service we were rudely talk to and treated with zero respect. I have never been so mistreated in my entire life. We were sent back and forth from cvs for a passport photo because they were not satisfied with the photo. Costing my boyfriend and I $20 in addition to the $160 we were charged for the passport itself. My boyfriend just called the post office to schedule an appointment to get his passport done. His seems to have gone missing. While on the phone with the woman who picked up he was again rudely spoken to, as well as told that making a passport appointment wasn't available. How is it possible not to make an appointment? If passport services are offered at the post office.... I have never encounter such lazy individuals in my life. A full review of the employees employed at this post office needs to be done because the treatment to consumers like this is unacceptable.
