I never received my package from TEMU. Said it was delivered yesterday. We were home all day. And we have a huge window with unobstructed view of mail box and front of house. It was NOT delivered.

Had ordered a pkg. from Amazon, via prime last week & on Amazon's order site it shows that was delivered to Pittsford post office and I need to come to pick it up. If I am paying for Amazon Prime membership the packages should be delivered to my house and not to the post office to save me some steps Contacted Amazon & they told me it was suppose to be delivered today, it is 7.28 & NO NEWS FROM MY PACKAGE. Either an employee has forgotten to scan it & put it on the truck or maybe the package is site seeing in the mail persons truck. Very disappointed in your delivery and handling issues. Few years back you had lost my express mail package for a week and no one within your entity knew where it was. Will no be using your services again.

I just had the most customer-unfriendly experience, which I could not have imagined from an organization for which I (and every taxpayer) pays. All I wanted was to request that our mail be delivered, since it should have been delivered yesterday, after a hold and I did not want whatever the problem was to continue. I was on hold, waiting for someone to answer the phone at the Pittsford office, using the local number provided on the web, for more than twenty minutes. After being transferred between the same two numbers for that entire time period, I finally realized no one would answer--apparently ever. I then tried the 800 number given by the USPS on its site, which after multiple transfers and another wait of more than ten minutes, stated on a recording that I would be on hold for between one hour and twenty minutes and one hour and forty minutes. Given this service, or clearly, lack thereof, it is no wonder the USPS is in financial crisis. I will do all I can to avoid having to use these services but that is not entirely possible as the USPS has a monopoly on mail delivery. This is a terrible waste of my tax dollars. I am so disappointed, especially since I have found the people working in post offices, generally, to be very courteous and responsive, and have always supported the USPS. Sincerely, J Ornt
