I rate Port Byron, Montezuma Post Offices a 0 zero. They are not helpful, every one acts like village idiots, they simply do not care for the customer. Just shut down all the post offices here in New York & save taxpayers money

I work and with the hours open to get packages is almost impossible to get them. I leave for wourk by 7 am and don't get back until 6pm. Sat. I leave at 8 and get back at 3. It is no wonder people have quit using the USPS.
