was told a letter was mailed to me on 9/20/2024 and again on 9/302024 never received either, very important insurance papers.address never had this problem before, to many sub mail men.

My mail keeps being delivered to other neighbors on my street. It is a pain for them and for me. One actually opened my mail in error, and it was personal mail that no one else should have seen. I have also gotten their mail too. It just happened again today, and this has been happening on an average of once or twice a week. Maybe your carrier needs to be more careful.

Lobby hours 5:30-3pm on Saturday allowing box holders to retrieve mail. Waring Road post office was locked. Just paid increased so that I could have access to my box 😳

Good morning! I have 2 packages that are sitting at zip code 14606 and have been there since the 10th of September, they still are not picked up and delivered to me, I have no idea why? any idea, one was supposed to be delivered to me on the 11th of september, I don;t have it please look into this as i am not a happy camper thank you Elizabeth burdge 119 traver circle rochester , ny 14608

Would appreciate asking our carrier to be a little more careful with his coffee - went to open yesterday's mail (March 10th) and found coffee stains on 3 of my letters and when I went to open the small package, coffee dripped off the inside seal. Accidents happen, no life threatening situation, just not impressed.
