Postal Locations

Not receiving red plum the carrier makes up excuses when asked why its not delivered. I am a senior citizens who is disabled and often has to send a neighbor to the store for me. So I like to receive the ads so I know what is on sale. Please look into this. I know carriers can be fired for not delivering the mail. So please look into.

Called this post office at 9:53 on a Thursday. It just rings and rings. No one ever answers the phone. Like WTF?!?

Well, I called the post office 10 minutes before closing and NO ONE answered the phone. It's not like I waited the 10 minutes before calling It's just that, I didn't know what time they closed because I use the P.O. BOX. Ironically, that's what I was calling about. "what time do you close" but It can't be 1:00pm because at 10 to15 minutes before 1:00p you stop answering the phones that means, you stopped working. If you're in a call center you can't turn your phones off 10 or 15 minutes before in fact we have to leave them open until 5 minutes after or our supervisor say the queue is all clear. SO, If you're that busy and you can't answer the phones then you need to hire a person just for the phones & online inquiries. Customer service is for all services not just for the people standing in front of you.

I have been receiving informed delivery e-mails since January 15th, 2022, and no mail has been delivered to our home address since then. all my important documentations is in what has been indicated to be delivered....I made 3 service request and still have not heard anything from the post Office....Irondequoit Post Office will not even answer their phone....what is going on with our mail? I pray tell, this is not like the incident in Alabama, where the Fedex driver threw all the customers mail and merchandise into a ravine?

Hello， Amazon carrier delivered a box on October 5th to Maria Maldonado through USPS instead of Maria Santos. I gone twice to the post office and the same guys claims is not there and it was sent back. The tracking code is 420146179261290989312047386456. by Ms Stunner she claims it was never sent back. Please check this for me and let me know what happen to my package. Also my P.O. Box is 17264. Thank you

I was staying at 55 pardee st 14621 but I moved to 21 bauman st 14621 im trying to see if I have mail at the post office

They will pick up to hang up or not answer I just need to know if I can pick my check up since they having a hard time sending my mail

no one answered local number... EVER... and i could not get through to anyone after 33 prompts on the 800 number. Eventually hung up in frustration. I called because it is showing my packages (3) were delivered at a set date and time to my mailbox, which never happened. I have a ring doorbell. Also, friends and family don't have it. Now I cant even check to see where the package may be bc they don't answer the phone. Not happy. they will for sure go out of business.

Why list a phone number that no-one answers at any of your locations? No wonder the USPS is in danger of becoming obsolete!

The Irondequoit PO mail person for my complex sucks. My mail is always shuved into my box. I even got a small package that could've easily been left on my door step crammed into my box. What an ass! Too bad I can't post a picture of my mess. This person would be pussed off too if he/she got their mail like this.

I’m extremely upset at a letter I just received from Irondequoit USPO, stating I need to purchase a PO or buy a mailbox bec the carrier states my cat has attacked him/her through the mailslot. Fine, I’ll get a box and attach to my house but I will say my cat is elderly and has diabetes and barely reaches the slot. I have noticed fingers wiggling through the slot myself and thought, at first, it was cute that someone trying to play with him, but now I see what the issue is. My cat does not bite, but he is not declawed. He is a MaineCoon, known for being extremely docile. Definitely NOT an attack cat or prone to being mean. I am very disappointed to have received this letter. I’m also angry and am going to be hard-pressed to pick up my mail at the post office until I am able to purchase a box.

Have tried repeatedly to call the PO and cannot get a response. No one answers the phone. It rings repeatedly then disconnect. Have a question that I cannot resolve on- line and 800 number does not connect to a person.. Ridiculous, time wasting, and frustrating!

I am more than disappointed with the inability of the USPS employees to be responsible enough to fulfill their postal duties. My package is now 4 days late with perishable goods in it. They havent been up to date with tracking info. Seeing as the USPS is losing money, you would think they would want to provide decent service to all of their customers. Since I am spending this holiday alone and the package that hasnt made it here, was full of gifts from my family. I would like to thank you for you disappointing work ethics and would like to take this time to inform you that my family and myself have decided to use other companies to deliver our mail.

I have tried several times to call the Irondequoit Post Office Branch. The phone rings about 15 times and then starts a busy signal. WHY DON'T THEY EVER ANSWER THE PHONE?

What do I have to do so the mail person dropping off packages stops throwing them in our breezeway??? Fourth package with damaged materials and I heard the glass break when he did it bc I am home today! You have one job, just do it. I will be installing a camera and blasting this on Facebook next time. So incredibly unprofessional.

Just read the previous comments & have NOT had those experiences. Phone was answered, got the help I needed & when I go in the staff is always pleasant.

the clerk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Very unhelpful. I could not believe the service at this location. I live in a big city NYC, Rochester is a small town. The service should be pleasantness. What a horrible experience.

I was expecting a package in the mail for the past 2 weeks and I still haven't received it. I called the post office and no help. Just a run around. I need somebody to get in contact with me about my package or just mail me my mail. I received my package before in the mail I don't see the difference now.

Irondequoit NY USPS will not answer their phone. They would not drop off a package on06/07 2017 because they said I lived in a gated community, which I do not. They have delivered my packages from amazon many times before! What is the problem? Why will they NOT answer their phone.
