Been waiting on a package since March 31st, 2022. Delivery was allegedly attempted on the above date but could not be completed because the mail person couldn't enter the building. I know for a fact that delivery people have the key fob to enter the building. No second delivery attempt has been made and good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone. Bottom line, "Where's my package?" 20 days and nothing.
I have called for 2 days and no one picks up the phone! I am looking for a package from Lands End and they tell me it’s in the post office for 10 days waiting to be delivered! Why isn’t it being delivered?
Ms. Davis from this post office is a very nasty dismissive person. I called to find out what's going on with a package that I mailed 10 days ago of which was supposed to take 3 days to arrive to it's destination and hasn't. She didn't ask for my tracking number or any other information for that matter. She was a total rude, nasty person. They shouldn't allow these kinds of people to work with the public. I sure wish i knew what she looks like so that If I ever saw her at my job, I'd give her a taste of her own medicine. You never know when or where you can bump into the very person whom you treated nasty. KARMA does exist.
The workers on the trucks are the worse coming out of Rockaway Park Post Office. They just throw packages in entrance to house.They don’t bring upstairs which is important since I am disabled. Packages are open and packages that were suppose to be delivered never are.
This post office is a disgrace to the federal government and no one cares.They think they are untouchable. This group of employees are the worse that I have ever had in my 50 years at this address.
My regular postman are fine.Its the ones on the trucks who ride around with friends in truck
I work at a law firm and a client has not received their package sent back in March. When tracking the package it says "awaiting delivery scan" since March 25th and there are no new updates. I need to make sure this package was delivered and need the signed card returned.
Please contact me ASAP.
Why isn't there any answer on the phone. I have been trying for two days. I am a handicapped senior citizen and have to check why I am not receiving my mail. Please help.
