Postal Locations

I filled out the change of address August 30th the only mail i have received at new address is saying they confirmed new address. What is going on for what we pay for postage this is ridiculous. I'm getting very upset.

Again today 3 letters for our neighbor came to our house! Third time in the past 2 to 3 months. The past 5 yrs the service isn’t like it was for over 20 yrs having the mail by 11am. This yr it has been early most of the time which is appreciated. I don’t understand how a business can’t have somebody answer phones at lunch time. I don’t know if any business that shits everything down at lunch time. I am always using the mail instead of the computer. I mail Christmas cards to support your business. You are constantly raising your prices and giving less service. Maybe I should change my thinking but I expect my mail in the morning and not any where between 9:30 and 3:30 that is a ridiculous range . I also don’t expect to be getting my neighbors. Also wondering why when I get mail from Ct it takes 2 or 3 days but when I mail to Ct or Maryland it takes a good week??? Why??

Our mail is consistently left in the wrong mail box! This happens ALL THE TIME, THIS MORNING I AM MISSING A PACKAGE! Why does it get mixed up so often?
