I’ve been waiting for my package to come and it still hasn’t been here, yet it was supposed to be delivered already. All I received were thousands of texts saying it’s being transferred from post office to post office.

On August 4, 2017 a pink slip was left at my mailbox regarding tracking #9400111899564092306955. Upon checking the status it is slated as "delivered at front door". I did not receive this package. I am particularly peeved at calling USPS and being told there is a 40 to 55 minute wait. All I want is my package. With the double message I don't know what to do. Our letter carrier has dropped the ball big time. I hope someone will respond.
