Sometimes a letter is misdirected. Maybe even a package left out in the rain. Service is still affordable and excellent. I was a mail carrier for 6 years before moving to a different job. That is one of the hardest jobs there is. Fact check it. When a new carrier fills in for the regular he is pressured to finish the mail route in a timeframe. It's almost an impossible task not knowing who has moved or how to finish in time. Still have the occasional nightmare carrying mail being yelled at and I was trying my best.

Your carriers who fill in for regular postal delivery person throw your packages on the ground and kick them over with their foot to scan it. I called USPS to file a complaint with the local post office but they never responded. Today's carrier purposely dropped my package again. Next complaint is going to the main Post Office in Brooklyn. These carriers have no respect for the rights and property of other people. I pay for this service and am annoyed at their laziness.
I live within the Rosebank Post Office area. The carriers are horrible. Mail is either shoved in the mailbox so it is ripped or just left dangling so it gets wet in rainy or snowy weather. The only excellent carrier was Alexander and he is no longer on the route. I have spoken with two different supervisors, to no avail. The phone is never answered. One carrier has complained I have too much mail. One carrier won't remove his ear buds to answer a question. Mail that was supposed to have been on hold while I was away, wasn't. My neighbors had to take in my mail. Help!
Me and several neighbors have repeatedly contacted the Rosebank post office in SI, to inform them of our mail being delivered to the wrong address. The address on all mail is correct, but apparently the carrier is not reading it and is placing them in the wrong mailboxes. Every other week, neighbors are forced to bring mail to each other, some of which clearly contains confidential information such as IRS, W2, mtg or finance information. Whenever we've filed a formal complaint we are told that our main carrier is on vacation. This issue needs to be addressed appropriately and timely.
Well I guess I am not the only one. This is absurd now. I have a package with some really expensive stuff lost (probably delivered to another address with the same house number). I have called their office repeatedly today and no one is answering the phones at all. Not even once since 8am this morning. How is this even acceptable?
