We tracked a perishable priority parcel routed, in error, through Wayland on 11/23/16. There was no hope of getting the correction made and shipment delivered to Ontario, NY in time for Thanksgiving, but the Wayland staff did the impossible. Thank you Wayland staff for being there, picking up the phone and listening - then acting. I don't know of another parcel service that could be reached on a person to person basis with these results. Thanks.
