We have had nothing but issues with our mail service since moving to Woodstock. Believe me when we go into the post office never an issue with friendly service . But other wise it’s been a challenge. During the holidays getting others things brought right to our door and Christmas cards and bills of others. Say on tracking it was delivered but yet it’s sitting at the post office. Half the boxes have no key or key locked into the package boxes with mail carrier only leaving a go to the post office slip not writing the box number located on our street . So we go to the post office to find nothing waiting due to their lack of concern . My friend is suffering from medical neglect as I am and one day he just couldn’t make it down to check the mail and the mail c stuck a rude note in “ if you don’t get these packages daily , you will be going to the post office to get yourself. Mind you the man is on a walker with covered up metastic prostate cancer . I myself ordered a wheelchair electric as I to am very sick with lynch syndrome and they took the chair to another house and company notified Amazon on a recorded line they had been notified by the post office yet the post office never followed up with Alex . He bought it for me out of the kindness of his heart . I did try calling the post office but nobody will answer and it’s time I address this issue .another thing I sent my uncle money as he struggle to get by and the letter went twice back to my old address in Wi. Abd came back a month later ? Postage was cottect and my current address was on the letter actually Alex name on it . So why is that as he had his mail changed 7 month ago . Very fishy I would say .
This post office is the absolute filthiest hole I have seen in a long time, from the outside all the way to the inside. It was recently painted inside, however the vestibule when you 1st walk in is a disgrace!!
Woodstock PO- Very rude women named Lori. No one else was in the post office when I was there just getting stamps. No hello, no thank you, barely looked up.
