Friday business hours supposed to be open till 6 and no one is answering their phone at the O’Dell location. There’s always tomorrow, but I thought someone should know.
Requested a trace or stop on lost money order checks first thing in AM. Was told they would put a stop on it. Went back at 4 pm no progress done. Out to lunch. Still waiting a 3rd visit in order. Money orders were a lot of $$$$. poor work ethic.
terrible yonkers system - told to get a postal lost item claim at odell usps - no forms -- recently recieved a no access notice on line parcel undelievered -- left note for carrier -n0 redelievery - item was supposed to be delievered thursday or january 31,2019 -- apartm ent building has been here like about 70 years - many mix ups --- no one has directed the promblem - nina lowes office has received phone complaints listed on the news previously --- ups answers phones 5-10 minutes ask usps phone # can take nearly 2 hours with same promblems---i prefer sending usps parcel straight fom ups store
This is the third time I got a notice did my recepticle being blocked which is not possible! Why is this? The laziness and negligence of all of the Yonkers PO's are just crap!!!
I have submitted a complaint on October 15, 2016, about my mail being left on my porch and on top of my mailbox instead of in the mailbox. On October 17, 2016 my mail was again left on the porch. I am extremely upset and would like this problem resolved.
