We LOVE our mail lady. She is wonderful. Even when we request a mail hold - and they don't follow through it, she takes its upon herself to hold the mail till we get back. We LOVE her. The subs don't always follow the instructions to put large mail on our porch, instead of shoving it in our mail slot. She always does. And she often had treats for our little dog (who has since passed). He loved her, too. 44302, N. Rose Blvd.

When we go out of town, we drop a card off to have our mail stopped. It sure is a crap shoot if it actually gets stop or not. I am so disgusted with dealing with this post office. About five business days before we left for vacation, or even a week, I dropped off the card to request our mail be held. Gave it to one of the workers I normally see in the front. Another lady was also dropping off a card for mail to be held. We leave for our vacation and my sister-in-law starts texting me that my mail has been delivered every day. So, I call and talk to a manager who assured me my mail would be held. A couple days later I get another text from my sister-in-law that mail is being delivered. The branch where by business is located never has given my any problems with my mail being held. Five Points rarely gets it correct. I will once again speak with a manager but I am looking for other people I can file a complaint with since speaking with a manager did not solve the problem.

No scheduled delivery hours, have lived in my house for a year and have no clue when to expect mail. Was told by an employee that if I wanted my mail at a certain time I should purchase a po box. Worst post office I've had to deal with. Can't even let my dog out in my fenced yard without supervision because my mail could run at any point and if I don't stand outside I won't have mail most of the week!
