First, I want to thank you for all you are doing during the pandemic to get the mail out. Secondly, I know today was a holiday for you all, but, I put mail in the box out in front and I could tell it did not drop down very far and in fact, it was laying on top of a large pile of mail inside the box. It was around 6:15 pm and dark. I tried to retrieve it back so I could put it in another mailbox, maybe where it was not so full, possibly Drug Mart...just wanted you to know the box cannot fit much more before morning...Just a heads up!

This is not the first, or second time my mail has been late. I have received bills a week late and other mail. Ex: my mail said sent 11/22 and to be sent back by 12/2. I received the mail today 12/5.
