Tried to call to Donald Marrs Post Office several times-phone just rang and rang. No one answered. The box above clearly says for a passport application please CALL for an apt, but no one answers. So my husband and I drove over to the post office where we were told we needed an apt and if we had called we would have known that. I said we tried to call several times but no one answers. We were told to go home and make an apt online. Cannot find any info as to where to do that. This system is the worst! Can someone please tell me where to go online to make an apt?

my daughter and I have been repeatedly rudely treated at the Don Morris location today Ken Perkins the station manager at 'Don Mars spoke to me rudely hung up on me and when I called back he hung up on me a second time this is inexcusable
