Our mail service has become so unreliable that I am about ready to ditch it completely (as much as possible). In the last three months, I receive complaints of not receiving checks and long delays...some of these are just going across town! Don't blame it on COVID, that is over. FIX THE PROBLEM. Higher postage rates and worse service...not a good model for sustainability.

I complained awhile ago about my mail service and them stuffed my box so full of books I had to get someone else to get them out of the box. I said I didn’t understand why they couldn’t get out of their truck and put the on my deck.. the next time a book was delivered it was left at the bottom of my ramp by the driveway 🤦🏻‍♀️. Now I have a package they said I requested for me to pick up at the post office.. No I never requested that I’m handicapped THEY COULD HAVE DELIVERED IT TO MY DOOR. I tried to call the post office and no one ever answers.. I want that package delivered to my house, # LB888606219DE

I definitely would like to make a belated compliment to Mr. Jason Hedges who has been managing the Groesbeck Postal Service at the Colerain location. Before his coming there I would go out of my way to go to other locations mainly to find a place more friendly and with no long, long, long lines! After his arrival at this location you couldn't help notice the difference in the efficient service but also the warm friendly feeling of the other workers there. Far more pleasant, friendly, willing to be of service. I would say there was a 100% turn around! Rather than just telling him or his staff this I felt a letter would be better to let them all know what a great job they are preforming! Sincerely; Ms. Audrey Merrill
