Postal Locations

I made an appointment for today to apply for passports for FOUR minors. I show up to the appointment, 15 minutes early, stand in line until 10 min after my appointment time only to be told that someone didn't show up today so i couldn't apply for the passports. They asked me to come back in an hour to see if the other employee shows up. They send me to the Twin Rivers location informing they take walk ins. I go to Twin Rivers location, with four kids in tow, only to be told they haven't been doing walk ins since April, 2020. I'm sure the employee at Twin Rivers was actually working but it was frustrating to walk in to that location to have her sitting at a computer with no one in the office and to get the "you have to make an appointment" lecture.

I work from home, 8 of my packages 📦 went missing, according to my tracking information and notification 🔔 I received yesterday “ indicate that my packages 📦 were delivered “. Which is a lie, nothing was delivered, I called the post office 3 times there was no answer. I wish I could upload the information here. This is ridiculous, this is stealing. I pray 🙏🏾 , the delivery man is packing up all my packages 📦 together for them to be delivered at once. I can't understand why they will say is delivered when they never came to the house 🏠.

This location is highly unprofessional and very unorganized. Have been waiting 2 months for a resolution for my issue, but they can’t seem to find their head from their ass and keep me going around in circles. Do not go there unless absolutely necessary

your giving a different route to postal employee who abused dogs with pepper spray is not good enough, this has gone viral, i will personally make sure it stays that way, employee needs to be fired immed, animal abuse can not be tolerated and in many states its against the law, i watched entire thing this pos went out of his way to hurt these dogs, they didnt do anything to him at all. my next wemail will be to the post master general

i want to thank the lady (i dont recall her name, i apologize) for assisting me with my passport. i applied for a passport on 01.03.17 today, 01.17.17, the passport is in my mailbox! i am so happy and thank you so much!
