This PO has absolutely horrible customer service, they mark a package delivered which is wasn’t, they marked a package return to sender with no reason why, staff was rude and would not get a supervisor and will not answer the phone

Have always thought the PO on the far west side was good, better on speedily getting the line reduced than the Twin Rivers office. I admit, it was a surprise to find out the one behind Westland Mall was closed down, but then everything around Westland has been dying despite the claim of the casino bringing life back. If I need to send something, I’ve been using the Westland New station rather than the one in the Hilltop. Good, helpful staff.

A package I expected was stated delivered to my address on 8-17-2018, as of 8-20-2018 not received. On 8-20-2018, I received mail addressed to my neighbor, I delivered it. Can postal workers read addresses?
